Prior to founding HRSG, Azhar held leadership roles at top multinationals and Pakistani conglomerates, where he led human capital management and strategy. He served as regional general manager, and later as group vice president, at the Arfeen Group, country manager for Inchcape Pacific in Pakistan, and as the head of human resources at Merck Sharp & Dhome Ltd and Pakland Cement. Affectionately known as Jerry, Azhar is remembered fondly as a charismatic leader and mentor by his friends, family and colleagues, and the many whose careers he helped shape.
His legacy inspires us at HRSG to redouble our commitment to excellence and innovation, and above all, to developing people.

Prior to joining HUF, he was the CEO at Indus Motor Company for over 11 years. Mr. Pervaiz has also served at Engro Corporation (formerly Exxon Chemical Pakistan, an Exxon Mobil affiliate), where he undertook various assignments in Pakistan, Hong Kong and Canada, including CFO and Vice President Corporate Affairs and served as a board member of the Company and its subsidiaries.
He currently serves the boards of HRSG (Pvt.) Ltd., Shell Pakistan, Stylers International, Ravi Autos Sundar, and Dawood Hercules Corporation. Earlier he was an independent director at the Standard Chartered Bank and twice served as a PICG Committee Member tasked by the SECP to revamp the Code of Corporate Governance. His initiatives in the social development areas are well recognised at both the domestic and at UN level internationally. Parvez Ghias is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants from England & Wales and holds a bachelors degree in Economics and Statistics.

Internationally, he has held senior leadership roles with FMC Corporation in the U.S. and the British Oxygen Group in the U.K.; roles in which he worked with capital goods, industrial gases, textiles, chemicals and petrochemicals. Aamir has also led the corporate governance teams for Asia-Pacific, which included fifteen countries.
For six successive years, he has been selected as one of the Top 100 CEOs and business leaders in Pakistan. He is a member of the Board of Governors at the Pakistan Society for Training & Development, where he was President between 2013-16. He has served as a Co-Chair for the Border Facilitation of the Pakistan-India Joint Business Forum, recognized by both countries for its significant contributions.
He is an advocate for women’s rights, gender diversity, and inclusion. He was the Chairperson for the International Advisory Board for Women in 2017-18 and chairs the Advisory Council of Pakistan’s Women’s Entrepreneurs Network. He publishes extensively on economic, industrial and foreign policy matters.
Aamir is a graduate of Aitchison College, where he was a valedictorian, Rivaz gold medalist, skipper of the cricket team and its head boy. He went to the U.S. for his undergraduate and graduate education from the prestigious Cox School of Business at the Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas. He graduated number one in his MBA class, Summa Cum Laude, winning the coveted SEDCO prize. It was the first time for an international student to have topped the university, since 1911.

Sadaf currently serves as a Board Director at the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan and is the Chairperson of its Women Empowerment and Diversity Committee. Before joining HRSG, Adeel held senior leadership positions including Group Head of Finance at Seddiqi Holding (UAE), Regional Finance Manager for Baskin Robbins GCC, and finance roles with Dubai World, Agthia Group PJSC, Novartis, and Roche. His expertise spans SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data center design, delivering solutions that bridge technology with business value.
Before joining HRSG, Salman held senior leadership roles including Group Technology Officer & SAP Project Manager at Jaffer Brothers, Director IT at the Ministry of IT & Telecom (Government of Pakistan), and Sr. IT Infrastructure & Automation Manager – MEA Region at Bechtel Corporation (U.S.), where he managed high-value technology projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Egypt.

He is a French and American educated executive management professional with degrees in Management, Economics, Diplomacy, French, Spanish, Arabic & Creative Writing. In addition to United Nations SDG focused assignments in the Middle East, Latin America and Africa, he has been working across multiple sectors including manufacturing, energy, housing, education, healthcare, technology and human resources solutions across emerging markets.
Currently, he is serving as a Chief Commercial Officer - Global at HRSG, the leading manpower outsourcing supplier in Pakistan. His mandate includes developing international go-to-market strategies, identifying and executing acquisitions, building partnerships, and establishing HRSG’s global presence to drive dollarized revenue growth. Previously, he was serving as the CEO of Healthx Pakistan, a startup launched as part of the Trudoc International Group, a multinational healthcare management company, working across Asia and Africa, serving 24/7 in an ecosystem of millions.
In the past, he was serving as the CEO of Naya Jeevan, a hybrid (for-profit) early stage social enterprise that is dedicated to rejuvenating the lives of low-to-mid-income families throughout the emerging world by providing them with affordable access to quality healthcare (OPD and IPD insurance) and doctHERs, a digital health platform that matches the underutilized capacity of female doctors (who otherwise would be excluded from the workforce) to the unmet need of health consumers via technology.

Mumeet’s extensive banking background, spanning leadership roles at Samba Bank, Faysal Bank, and the Royal Bank of Scotland (formerly ABN AMRO), adds strong business acumen and service orientation to his leadership approach. Bilal brings a unique blend of strategic insight, business growth experience, and client relationship leadership to HRSG. Before assuming his current position, he led HRSG’s Talent Solutions practice, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s executive search and leadership consulting footprint. His experience also includes leadership roles at Brainchild Communications Pakistan as Business Lead Talent and at PTCL, where he managed national-level outsourced talent operations and vendor partnerships.
Earlier in his career, Bilal gained broad HR and business experience through roles at US Apparel & Textiles, Service Sales Corporation, Lucky Cement, United Energy Pakistan, and CMPak (Zong), where he managed various aspects of HR operations, recruitment, and learning & development.
A graduate of Bahria University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Human Resources), Bilal has complemented his professional expertise with certifications in Train the Trainer and Leadership Excellence – Care & Growth.
