HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position for one of its client.
Position: IT Support Engineer
Salary: 70,000 – 75,000 PKR + Overtime
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, IP phones, printers, scanners, and IP cameras.
• Assist users in resolving computer-related issues.
• Perform installation and upgrades on all PCs and notebooks.
• Offer endpoint support and ensure that antivirus software is functioning properly on all systems.
• Provide Tier 1 support for local applications.
• Ensure that no unauthorized software is installed on company systems.
• Complete all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Assistant Manager of IT Support.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network connections.
• Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support across the company, both in person and over the phone.
• Set up Active Directory (AD) accounts for new users.
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
• Possess strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with users through various channels, including web, email, and phone.
• Respond to customer calls and emails, and take appropriate actions regarding reported issues.
• Work an 8-hour on-site shift (morning/day).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience and/or certification in Microsoft Windows and other Microsoft products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
