HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position:
Position Title: AM – HR Generalist Job
Your role will include managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the implementation of HR policies and initiatives that promote a positive employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Manage employee attendance and ensure timely updates of records.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support performance management processes and training initiatives.
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with different departments to implement HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and payroll.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 120,000
