HRSG is pleased to announce the appointment of Samie Cashmiri as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1st May 2026.
Samie brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience across retail, consumer durables, life sciences, and quick service restaurants. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving business growth, organizational transformation, operational excellence, and commercial performance across complex and competitive markets.
Most recently, Samie served as CEO of International Franchises Limited, where he led the transformation of an international and locally developed multi-brand portfolio and delivered performance improvements across the business. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Khaadi Pakistan Ltd., ICI Pakistan, and AkzoNobel in Asia Pacific, where he played a key role in business expansion, strategic investments, and building high-performing teams.
