Brand Manager – Oncology Portfolio

Location: Karachi (with travel as required, no limits)

Required Experience: 5 years (maximum)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive marketing strategy and execution for product launches, including planning, coordinating cross-functional activities, and monitoring launch performance.
  2. Ensure launch readiness and implement pre/post launch activities to deliver excellence in customer experience.
  3. Identify growth opportunities through market research, field visits, and customer insights.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, opinion leaders, and key stakeholders, in compliance with local regulations.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams and sales to execute marketing plans effectively.
  6. Uphold high standards of ethics and integrity in line with company policies, Code of Conduct, and values.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Oncology or specialty brands exposure preferred.
  3. Strong track record in brand performance and project execution.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take initiative and drive results.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills to formulate marketing strategies.
  7. Customer-focused and professional approach.
  8. Must be willing to travel as required for the role.
