Access Control Officer

HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position for one of its client.

Job Title: Access Control Officer

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

Educational Requirement: Minimum Intermediate 

Experience:

  • Experience in security operations, access control, or surveillance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, ID card systems, and visitor management software will be an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to follow security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, MS Excel, and record-keeping).
  • Report writing and documentation skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CPO, SIA License (if applicable), or ISO 28000 awareness.

Physical & Other Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
  • Background and criminal record verification clearance.
  • Flexibility to work shifts (24/7 operations).
  • Knowledge of local security regulations.
