AM – HR Generalist Job

 HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position:

Position Title: AM – HR Generalist Job

Your role will include managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the implementation of HR policies and initiatives that promote a positive employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

  1. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and coordination with hiring managers.
  2. Manage employee attendance and ensure timely updates of records.
  3. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  4. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
  5. Support performance management processes and training initiatives.
  6. Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies.
  8. Collaborate with different departments to implement HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  3. Good understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and payroll.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  8. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 120,000
