Job Title: First Aid Officer
Location: Port Qasim
Job Timings: 12-Hour Duty – Rotational Shifts
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 60,000
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified First Aid Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first aid treatment, maintaining medical supplies, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards, and fostering a safe environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate first aid assistance in cases of illness, injury, or accidents.
- Maintain and regularly inspect first aid kits, equipment, and supplies.
- Accurately record and report all first aid treatments and incidents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workplace health and safety policies.
- Conduct health and safety awareness sessions for staff on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers when required.
Requirements:
- Certified in First Aid and CPR (recognized certification).
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and respond quickly in emergencies.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
- Work effectively with team members to cooperate and exchange information efficiently. This includes organizing your work activities to fit with the plan.
- Provide information or data to external clients as previously defined by a more senior colleague.
- Share transactional information, answer basic questions regarding data or reports, and share and request data. Escalate client requests appropriately to help manage expectations and further the relationship.
- Support business development efforts of senior colleagues. This will include participating in client calls and meetings and producing initial drafts for parts of proposals.
