Position Title: Integrated Marketing Specialist

Location: Lahore
Compensation & Benefits: 250k – 280k + Standard Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integrated online/offline marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to generate high-quality B2B leads.
• Conduct market research and perform data-driven analysis to identify market demand.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies to support new product launches and business growth.
• Build and strengthen partnerships within the local business ecosystem to expand brand influence.
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts with PR, Product, Industry, and Operations teams.
• Manage and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring targets (ROI & KPIs) are met.
• Build and nurture a top-seller/customer success community to enhance brand credibility and advocacy.
• Plan, manage, and execute large-scale offline marketing events with agencies and local vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within e-commerce, tech, or B2B.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into impactful marketing initiatives.
• Proven experience in building partnerships and integrating resources across teams.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign ROI.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale marketing and corporate events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
