Reporting To: Business Unit Head – IT Infrastructure
Job Type: Full-Time | Client-Facing | Mid to Senior Level

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure solutions. The KAM will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic client relationships, driving solution sales, and working closely with technical teams to deliver end-to-end infrastructure services—including data centers, networking, cloud, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with assigned enterprise and public sector accounts.
• Identify client needs and align appropriate infrastructure solutions (cloud, storage, networking, virtualization, servers, etc.).
• Achieve sales targets and account growth KPIs.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architects to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and pricing.
• Drive renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and long-term client engagement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Equivalent Qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales, preferably within an IT integrator or infrastructure provider.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies (e.g., Cisco, Dell, VMware, Microsoft Azure, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Certifications:
• Cisco Sales Expert, Azure Fundamentals, or similar.
• ITIL or basic project management knowledge is a plus.
