Job Title: Key Account Manager – Cybersecurity Services
Reporting To: Business Unit Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Key Account Manager to lead account strategy and sales execution for cybersecurity and managed IT services. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and a consultative approach to managing enterprise and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the cybersecurity and services domain.
• Promote and sell cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, SOC, endpoint protection, IAM, compliance, etc.) and managed services (IT support, AMC, monitoring).
• Collaborate with security architects and technical teams to deliver tailored proposals.
• Achieve sales targets and account growth KPIs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and proactively identify upsell opportunities.
• Ensure timely renewals of contracts and SLAs.
• Track sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulations to guide client conversations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Equivalent Qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity sales.
• Familiarity with solutions from vendors like Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, etc.
• Understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, and local regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, NCA, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Certifications:
• Cybersecurity Sales Certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PSE, or equivalent).
• Security+ or CISSP (basic understanding preferred).
