Faisal A. Hamidi
Faisal has over 25 years of diverse, global experience in human capital strategy, organizational transformation, and people solutions. He currently serves at HRSG, bringing back his expertise after previously being part of HRS Global in the early stages of his career. Over the years, Faisal has built a reputation as a forward-looking HR leader with a strong focus on culture, people development, and business-driven HR practices.
Before rejoining HRSG, Faisal held senior leadership positions across renowned multinational organizations. At DHL Express Pakistan, he served as Senior HR Director during a period of remarkable growth. Under his leadership, DHL was consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work – Best of the Best in Pakistan for a decade, and also earned the Great Place to Work International and Top Employers International awards.
Earlier, as Regional HR Director for The Nielsen Company in the Middle East and Pakistan, Faisal partnered with CEOs across multiple countries to align HR with business growth strategies, while implementing advanced HCM systems and compensation frameworks that strengthened talent retention across the region. His career also includes key roles at Mercedes Benz (Gargash Enterprises, Dubai), EA Consulting, and Philips Pakistan, where he contributed to both organizational modernization and workforce development.
Faisal’s expertise spans organizational development, leadership and succession planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and HR technology transformation. His work has been recognized globally with accolades such as the Asia Pacific HR Excellence Award (2014, 2017) and certifications as a facilitator and auditor for international leadership and HR excellence programs.
Faisal holds an MBA in Marketing from Southeastern University, Washington, DC (Karachi campus) and he is a Certified Social Auditor on SMETA standard by SGS UK.
