Sadaf Hatif
Sadaf Hatif is one of the most seasoned and respected members of HRSG’s leadership team. Under her guidance, the organization manages a dynamic workforce of over 65,000 employees, delivering agile, scalable, and future-ready business and talent solutions to a diverse portfolio of corporate and government clients. With more than two decades of cross-functional leadership experience spanning HR, finance, and operations, including senior roles at Lowe & Rauf, Telecard, and Transworld Publicity, Sadaf has been instrumental in evolving legacy contractor models into modern, vendor-managed service ecosystems. Her strategic vision continues to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term talent value for the organizations she leads. Sadaf currently serves as a Board Director at the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan and is the Chairperson of its Women Empowerment and Diversity Committee. In these roles, she is a passionate advocate for inclusive workforce policies and gender equity, playing a key role in reshaping Pakistan’s employment landscape. An alumna of Karachi University and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Sadaf blends strategic foresight with hands-on execution. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler and a connoisseur of global cinema and world cuisines, pursuits that enrich her cross-cultural understanding and leadership philosophy.
