HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is hiring International Sales Executives/ Inbound Sales Executives.
Location: Karachi
Timings: Night Shift
Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
– Actively listen to callers to understand their needs and pain points
– Present relevant products and services in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
– Overcome objections and address concerns effectively
– Close sales and achieve established sales targets
– Build rapport and develop positive relationships with callers
– Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions
– Follow up with leads promptly and professionally
– Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound call sales or a related field
– Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Positive and enthusiastic attitude
– Strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning
