Job Title: Java Developer Department: GIT
Job Summary:
The incumbent will be required to work with team of software developers to deliver Projects, CRs, and solve the incident tickets related to the in-house banking system. The resource is expected to have very good analytical and logical skills. The resource will report to the Head of GIT-PK and Project Manager. The Team lead is expected to manage the tasks and provide guidance to software engineers assigned to him from project to project.
Responsibilities:
- To work with the Project Manager and/or senior GIT management and will perform requirement gathering, system specification, design and project planning.
- To develop / update / modify the banking systems modules and options based upon the requirements of projects or change requests.
- Will be responsible for unit / integration testing and will be involved in the QA cycles of the module.
- To troubleshoot issues and provide support to the customer (internal users of the banking software) after the deployment of the software modules in the production environment.
- To lead and manage team of software engineers assigned project to project.
- Any other task assigned by line manager/GIT management

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science Degree.
- Multiple positions for Java developers are available requiring fresh graduates to experience level of up to 4 years.
- Must be proficient in Java, Springboot, SQL and good understanding of Databases.
